Being from Texas, I can confidently say the brisket here rivals some of the best I've had, with perfectly smoked meat and generous portions that never disappoint. Cook MORE ribs on Friday Food is awesome but tired of pulling in there to get RIBS and they are out NOT good business at all have to keep customers happy period !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
