My family and I visited this place every Sunday about 2 years ago, before we moved to another state. This place service and food was excellent. Very disappointed today as I'm in town and decided to have brunch with the family here.
The server brought me a cold cup of coffee. I asked to get a hot cup of coffee. Server took the cup and heated up in microwave. Cup got hot, but coffee stayed cold. Asked server again and brought me a new cup of coffee in a cup that seems to not be washed in days. My husband asked for a 2nd cup of coffee. Server said, "I will bring it to you in a minute after I get to this other table". The other table was a party of 10. Guess what happened, coffee never arrived.
When speaking with manager, (who we did recognize from previous years), her reasoning was that it has been really hard to get reliable people to work. I understand that as I have experience in the industry, but this doesn't mean that someone can provide mediocre service and we should be OK with.
This restaurant was a 9 two years ago. Today they are lucky is they can score a 3.
