The carne Guisada burrito I ordered was truly delicious. It's unfortunate that this restaurant's inconsistent hours make it challenging to visit more frequently, especially when passing by regularly. Despite the uninviting exterior, the authentic service at Norma's truly embodies the welcoming experience you look for when stopping in.
