Driving all the way from Cypress on weekends just to get my hands on these breakfast tacos says it all-handmade flour tortillas, crispy bacon that steals the show, and flavors that remind me of home-cooked goodness. The tiny kitchen tucked inside a gas station might not win any beauty contests, but watching those ladies hustle, flipping tortillas and chopping fresh cilantro, is oddly satisfying. Heads up: call ahead or prepare for a wait, because once you try these tacos, you'll be hooked and coming back for more!

The aroma of freshly made tortillas fills the air as I approach this unassuming taco joint nestled within a gas station. Each bite of the breakfast tacos transports me to a realm of comfort, with crispy bacon and perfectly seasoned chorizo that linger in my memory long after the last morsel is gone.
