I am very sorry to have to write this review as we have been loyal customers of Happy You You for at least 7 years.
Today I ordered as always via online for delivery and entered my payment method. I received a message advising they received my payment on the first line. Several lines down it said the order was not accepted and to contact the store. Prior to calling I pulled up my bank account and observed the money for my order had already been withdrawn.
I called the store and was advised I did not place an order. I advised the employee, yes I did, and I'm looking at my account and your store has already withdrawn the funds. How is that possible if I didn't order. She ask if the manager could call me back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I still hadn't received a call back so I drove up to the store, 20 minutes after my call as I pulled into the parking lot I finally got a call back as I walked in.
The "manager" said they never got the order I again said that is funny as you had already taken my money from my account. I showed her my account which clearly showed the withdrawal. She said I need to call the manager, I said I thought you were the manager. And she started talking on the phone and walked away. She went to one of the tables and took someone else's order.
She finally came back and repeated my order to me from the computer. So I said you got my order. She said there was a problem with the website we can redo it here. I said ok and then when she finished she asked for my credit card. I said WHAT, thinking a couldn't have heard her right. And she said it again. I said you are not charging me twice for the same meal. She then said the manager will refund the internet meal in the next 5 days. I said that's not going to happen you can make the food you already charged me for. She said no we have to run it again. I told her no and called my bank. I gathered her and the companies Information and began to dispute the charges. The bank employee confirmed the funds had been removed from my account and paid to Happy You You
THIS INTERACTION WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO ME AS A LOYAL REPEAT CUSTOMER!!! A now former customer.
