The barbecue here is outstanding, with the smoked turkey and ribs standing out as favorites, complemented by friendly and attentive staff who make every visit enjoyable. While some sides like the potato salad and banana pudding have been hit or miss, the brisket remains moist and flavorful, making it a worthwhile stop whenever I'm in Gonzales.
