While visiting Lubbock, my husband discovered El Aguacalientes from the owner's son. Pulling up to the drive-thru, we were greeted by the owner reading his Bible, which warmed my heart. The barbacoa taco was absolutely amazing, and we also enjoyed the Picadillo with cheese and jalapeño. The service was a bit slow but well worth the wait for the fresh and flavorful food.
