The custard here is creamy, smooth, and flavorful with a variety of delicious mix-ins, the service is fast and friendly even during busy times, and while the hot fudge can melt the ice cream quickly, the overall experience, including unique items like the key lime concrete and accommodating options like dairy-free pops, makes it worth returning to despite occasional minor disappointments.
