The soft serve and toppings ate BerriPop are great. The service is absolutely terrible and the reason for this review. Employees sit behind the counter doing nothing while customers wait. If you need to use the restroom (like if you have kids with you), then you have to wait in the line and ask them to open the restroom, when they then take their sweet time doing (again which is great when you have little ones). We were at BerriPop on a Saturday and none of the tables inside the restaurant were clean. Asked for a rag to clean a table to sit at and got crappy glare from the lady behind the counter.

There are no shortage of soft serve locations to visit in Katy, so we won't be going back to BerriPop.
