This is the 2nd time they’ve screwed up my order. The first time was over an hour wait for a large pizza. This time I ordered Calamari, baked ziti and an Italian salad. My boyfriend went to pick it up and returned without the salad. He didn’t know what I’d ordered. Paid cash ... now they won’t answer their phone.
Ok good, but they have NO IDEA HIW TO RUN A RESTAURANT

Generally very good. The food is not like what you would get in Little Italy but for Blanco it is not bad and a good change from Burghers, Chicken fried Steaks and BBQ.

Arrived at the Blanco River Pizza Co on New Year's Eve after visiting the Johnston city lights. We were seated, after 20 minutes received water, ordered. Basically arrived at 6:45 received food at 8:00 after numerous visits to follow up on food. Constantly told it was coming up next. Told this three times.

Finally food was brought out and it belonhed to the table beside us that arrived way after is. I was furious.

By the time the food arrived I was so upset did not want to touch the food. Could not ask questions as we had no waitress after watching other tables around us being serviced and we were totally ignored. I even asked another employee who our waitress was and she looked dumbfounded.

We walked up front, asked for the Manager and was informed she had left. We were going to pay, but the woman said she was next in line and would handle the ticket. Again, it was communicated to her the horrible or even better description "no service."

Do not go here, Dairy Queen is down the strret.

WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO RIVER CITY PIZZA FOR OVER TWO YEARS AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN THE WAIT STAFF HAS CHANGED AND THE QUALITY OF FOOD AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THE PAST TWO TIMES WE HAVE BEEN HERE, THE WAITER WAS VERY SLOW. LAST NIGHT WAS EVEN WORSE,THERE WERE TABLES THAT NEEDED CLEANING OFF AND WE HAD TO WAIT FOR ONE TO BE CLEANED OFF BEFORE WE COULD SIT DOWN AND THE WAITRESS WAS BRAND NEW AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO SO THE WAITER TOOK OUR ORDER AND WE WAITED AND WAITED AND THEN FINALLY GOT OUR APPETIZERS AND TWO PLATES. THERE WAS FOUR OF US AND WE GOT TWO PLATES????? WHEN WE FINALLY GOT OUR MAIN FOOD, THE WAITER TOOK IT TO A DIFFERENT TABLE AND WE HAD TO CORRECT HIM. MEANWHILE I SAW THE WAITER RUB HIS HANDS OVER HIS FACE AND THEN MAKE A SALAD WITHOUT GLOVES ON OR WASHING HIS HANDS. OH AND OUR FOOD WAS COLD AND THE CHICKEN ALFREDO SAUCE WAS RUNNY. NEVER GOING BACK.

had a horrible experience, extremely very rude service, very disappointed with the rude behavior to children and adults. Would advise to never ever go to Blanco River Pizza Co.
