Amazing workers and even more amazing snocones!

The owners daughter/ manager is incredibly rude. I ordered all flat tops from the person taking the orders. The girl taking the orders was nice and said we will fix it. The manager yelled at me and said if you want flat tops you have to order it in the beginning. I tried to explain to her I did but she slammed the window and scrapped the top off and handed it back It escalated from there with the Manager name calling a customer very uncalled for and when I asked for the owners name and number she said tell MOM I said hello. The owners daughter was terribly rude and the mom should be embarrassed if the way her daughter conducted herself over me needing 6 snow cones all being flat tops. Someone ordering 6 snow cones and spending a great deal of money on these over priced snow cones should be treated with respect. I would recommend everyone to stay far away from this place!
