JPs Lil Cajun Kitchen serves up the most delicious hamburgers in town - juicy, with a crispy crust and just the right amount of Cajun seasoning. Their Gumbo is packed with authentic Louisiana flavors, and I loved that I could customize my order to have less rice. The fish, shrimp, stuffed crab, and alligator platter was bursting with flavor, though unfortunately, I missed out on trying the alligator bites due to them being sold out. The boudin balls, with a perfect meat-to-rice ratio, were a standout for me, and I also enjoyed the mild stuffed cheese Jalapenos wrapped in bacon, reminiscent of a homemade treat. The next time I pass through, I'll make sure to plan ahead for the tight parking situation and hopefully get a taste of their elusive Crawfish Etouffee.
