The Bake Potato topped with chopped beef is a favorite of mine, and the hamburgers are absolutely superb. While the decor may be simple, the incredible chopped beef on plain bread with sauce, onions, and pickles offers a true taste of Texas barbecue that leaves a lasting impression, especially with the moist ribs that follow.
