They were out of pickles so no fries pickles. So we ordered loaded queso fries. No bacon or jalapeños. What the heck??? Ordered chicken Philly cheesesteak sandwich which is supposed to have carmelizwd jalapeños on it. It had 1!!! A single sliver. Not acceptable. Overall not happy. Service was maybe a 2. Didn't pay attention to our drinks. Never got her name. 🤦ðŸ»"♀ï¸

I struggled as to whether or not to write this review. I wish I could give it negative stars. But, the meal I had yesterday at the Backporch was the worst meal I think I have ever paid for. I am big fan of nachos and order them whenever I see them and normally always very pleased. However, the Backporch nachos that were presented to me were cold, very stale, the chips were saturated with cheese that tasted like cheese whiz. A couple of sliced jalapenos were present but scarce. I also went "big" ($13 plate) and ordered the brisket nachos. I would bet there was less than half a cup of meat on that plate. The meat that was present was dry and had no flavor. To add insult to injury, I suffered the rest of the night having to rely on Pepto Bismal to settle my churning stomach. My friend, had a chicken burger and only ate half of it. She too was not very impressed. When the waitress handed us the bill, she asked us to hurry up and sign it because she had to go pick up her " kid." Never again will I ate there nor, recommend it to friends.
