If I could give zero, or even negative stars, I would! I walked in to simply purchase a drink (they'd give me a cup and I'd fill it myself) and a blizzard. As I walk up to the counter, both employees (teenagers) ignored me altogether, then turned and walked to the back. One worker, who really was doing his job, noticed, but he was tied up in delivering food to customers. Four others in the back were cutting up and horsing around. I stood there another few minutes, but then decided I didn't want a single one of them handling anything I was going to eat. I turned and left the establishment, and happily gave my business to Sonic. Do better. I won't be back, and I will tell anyone I know that is going there to rethink that decision. Your teens need much supervision and redirection.

They don’t wear gloves. Everyone in our community is complaining about their staff and sanitation.

“PLEASE SHARE”
I was told today by the employees Dairy Queen and Willis that they are unable to make your ice cream without touching it with their bare hand I guess holding onto the paper of the cone is simply impossible for a  Degenerate. Dairy Queen TX - 9870 FM 1097, Willis, TX 77318
So if you don’t want your food touched by a bunch of people who are probably in there scratching their bottoms I would not eat at the Dairy Queen in Willis.

I was told this by a few young employees and an older overweight Hispanic woman with a nose piercing  not to be rude but that’s the only description I have. She let me know their manager told them they don’t need to wear gloves while touching food don’t worry she uses Germ-x I never asked them to wear gloves while touching my food only to simply touch the wrapper instead of touching my food she proceeded to let me know that I was not her boss.
