Ordered delivery through Postmates. When my postmate arrived, they told her that they already gave the food to someone. There was a whole mess where the postmate and I tried to resolve what the hell was going on, but at no point did Cafe Eden care to get involved. Not sure if the fault was due to the restaurant or Postmates, but they could have contacted Postmate's Merchant Support. I've had a restaurant call immediately trying to help make it right when the delivery service has messed up. I've even had a restaurant offer to re-cook an order that wasn't picked up even though the restaurant was closing in 10 minutes because the delivery person never showed up. Those examples are above and beyond, but Cafe Eden couldn't be bothered to do bare minimum. I won't be giving them my business in the future.
