My last two visits to the Terrell, TX. location was disappointing in relation to my great visits since they opened. They can't get my orders accurate. On May 31, 2023 they left off the onion, pickle and mustard and on the other order they left off the pickle and relish. On my 6/16/23 visit they left off the relish. The order comes with certain ingredients and we have the opportunity to change those ingredients, which causes the computer to not list every ingredient which I think confuses the cooks. I tried get the cashier to have every ingredient listed so the cooks knew exactly what should be added. When she did that the computer would not list everything ordered and I think that is the problem. To make a long story short it isn't worth the hassle anymore.
