I was anticipating this 'CHRIS FRIED RICE' as it came HIGHLY recommended. I ordered the previously mentioned dish with shrimp...nothing else. According to their online menu, it should've been 8.99 plus tax. It did not dawn on me until after I returned to work that I paid $13. When I directed my concern to the restaurant, their response was it was 'probably an outdated menu'. Your inability to remain 'current' is not my problem. I did not find anything special about this fried rice. I got ONE soy sauce, ONE napkin, ONE sweet & sour...no salt, no pepper and beyond all that, do you not think that box chuck full of not-so-great cuisine would require MORE condiments, etc. ?!!? They should be available at the time of pickup should a customer need additional sauces. Also, the kid working the counter was just that, a kid and lacked basic customer service knowledge. I never expect someone to lay out the red carpet for me but I am a fan of not being made to feel as though I'm a nuisance. This will never happen again!

The food is garbage the place is race is refusing to serve African-Americans also the egg rolls are super greasy and every time you go here is the saying lady at work stressed out and refusing to serve black people this place is on the inside of the gas station and the gas station manager told me they have had this complaint several times before from other African-Americans And this is the one in Burleson Texas

This is our first time getting food from Rice Box and we had it delivered for an extra $3.
Broccoli chicken was the only white meat item. Luckily that's what we wanted anyway. The amount of chicken and broccoli was good. The broccoli was bright green, but a little undercooked. I like being able to pierce the stalk with my fork. Flavor was very good, medium spice level was good for us.
We also got Chris fried rice with beef. Again, good. To be great it needs less oil and more stuff. Half again as much meat and vegetables would have really elevated it.
Pork dumplings were tast , especially with a tiny bit of the chili sauce, but I don't recommend getting them delivered as they were a bit tough. If they were available steamed I would try them again.

Rice Box use to be a good place, but not anymore last couple of times it was not good at all, We will not be going back.Waxahachie needs a good Chinese restaurant.

Always good, always hot and fresh. Delivery takes a while but it's worth the wait.
