Terrible!! Arrived at 6:45 for a 7:00pm reservation for 7 people. Server (Olivia) was OK. We got drinks and appetizers, and salad course in decent time. Then waited for over an hour for the hibachi chef to show. He forgot to cook the main course for 2 in our Party. I complained to the manager. I was treated with arrogance and when I received the check they added a $45.00 gratuity charge. We won't be back

The food is delicious and the cook was entertaining. A great time was had by all.

My family and I came into your restaurant today 3-30-23 and I am sad to say that this was the worst trip we have made here. The waitress couldn't get the order straight didn't know what chili paste was forgot our soups and salad and when my husband's steak and shrimp came there were no shrimp, steak was over cooked. When she came back with the shrimp the sauce that was on it was soooo salty my husband couldn't eat. Your establishment is not cheap to eat at so we were quite disappointed.

Very poor Management now. Tried to call in office order at 11am for 10 people and they couldn't handle it. All I heard was don't think so and can't! So down the road the money goes to sure, no problem & Thank you!!! We have been ordering there since it opened the same way every time with no problem until this week. Sad because we love it there.

Called to place an order for two dinners. Waitress answered laughing. Started my order and she got off the line and man came on the line to say that they no longer accepted credit cards because of fraud. Not quality I expected from this nice of a restaurant. This happened on 10-21 at 8pm at your Victoria location.
