First time at this Popeye's.....experience could not have been better. Personable young lady helped me get my order straight and ordered, took the order home and it was delicious. Also ordered a sandwich and it was very tasty !!!! I'll be back soon, you can count on it.

Surf & Turf #13015: Paid $8.19 4 small shrimp, 2 chicken tenders, red beans, biscuit & drink. I spoke with the mgr and was told the butterfly shrimp is smaller than the popcorn shrimp. I was told I received butterfly shrimp. I disagreed and explained for the cost they should remove Surf & Turf from the menu. She remarked that corporate sets the pricing. I asked her to please inform corporate Surf & Turf is a poor value. BTW the service was terrific. Corporate may call me at +12545345053 Harold

Staff is absolutely clueless. Purposely went early in the morning before the lunch rush. Ordered 3 sandwiches and a large fry. Wait time was reasonable but after I got to the car I checked the bags to be sure the whole order was there and sure enough the fries were missing. The cashier had her back to me while she was putting together an order for another customer. She seemed very confused and was moving slowly so I spoke up and told her that I was missing my fries since she was standing right in front of the fry bin and could take the 15 seconds to scoop up my fries. She barely acknowledged me instead concentrating on finishing that order which she finally did after another minute or so and then proceeded to look up at the order monitor to see what she needed tog get next and I had to remind and ask for my fries again. Finally scooped them up and boxed them, no apology or anything. While I was waiting for the cashier to finish up and get to me, the other worker that actually handed me my order (manager?) came to the counter and I told her about the fries, she didn't say a thing but instead went right back to the drive thru window.
