It’s very disappointing! The food is nasty, so much so I only had a couple bites and threw the entire meal in the trash. Have been a few other times and though the food wasn’t as bad, it’s still not good. I do not understand where the good reviews come from because the food is terrible. They should really just close down and put something else there.

Took the family out to our local restaurants to support them. VERY disappointed, 27 min to get to a table when we are 2nd in line. Another 35 Min before they came to get drink order and menus. The food we ordered was just nasty, cold, and flavor. And if they think that was world famous lobster bisque, they NEVER had real lobster bisque. That was cheese soup with 4 small bites of lobster. From the time we got there until the time we left was just under 2 1/2 hr.

Had their pulled pork and brisket sandwich, one of the slices of brisket was 1/2 fat, why would you put that on a sandwhich, poor quality control.

I think you should do away with the gloves and use good hand washing ans sanitizer instead. They use the same gloves to handle clean dushes, then serving, then touch their face to adjust an ill fitting mask, then serve the food, then go on to another table, then pick up dirty dishes. Dirty dishes are put against their uniforms. Same gloves!!

So pleased to have a great BBQ in Azle area. We ordered a Family Take-Out for Mother's Day and was totally satisfied with the quality and flavor of the meal. Not over smoked and tender. The BBQ sauce was really nice too. No hassle ordering or picking up. Called the order in on Friday for pickup at noon on Sunday and drove to the side window. The lady working the window was very courteous and helpful. We will certainly be back. Can't wait until the dining room is open for full capacity. Good Luck to all of the employees and be safe.
