I was amazed by how rude the service was as I've ordered from them to go twice and both times they have canceled my order... they even tried to argue I did not order from their location however I read to them the exact address and items I ordered and they were all items that were unique to the restaurant.

WISTERS IS NOT A SMOKE-FREE RESTAURANT. Three customers repeatedly complained to the hostess and manager regarding a group of smokers on the patio. The smokers continued to smoke despite the manager asking them to discontinue. This was our first time and it will be our last time. Our table was not the only table experiencing extremely slow service. The server took 30 minutes to deliver our drinks and even then she brought the wrong drinks to 2 or the 4 seated with our party. The food was delicious, but due to the extremely poor service and most importantly having to breathe cigarette smoke during the meal, we will not return.
