So, I've been meaning to finish up my 5-star review for this donut shop, but things have changed around here. The usual guy we always see behind the counter is gone, replaced by a couple of older folks who are nice but not as efficient. They don't have the same charm or attention to detail that made this place special for me and my kids. It's a bummer because we used to love coming here for the little extras and friendly service.

Donuts and other breakfast goodies are probably the best in town, but some staff (who I think might be the owner) is often impersonal and sometines rude. I have seen the owner (female) talk rudely to her staff as well...in front of customers. This is unprofessional. I don't like going there for this reason.
