New Jimmy Johns in town but too new and too expensive to be constantly getting order wrong and one of the managers (Dawson) is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I phone ahead of time and asked what could I purchase that would be a fair equivalent amount to equal 4 large cups of ice only. He went on in an argumentative tone to say they don't just give out free cups so I repeated myself. After going back and forth with him he then says that I could by 4 drinks and say ice only in the notes. We got off the phone and as I was getting ready to cancel my order I saw where they offered Med/Lg Coke zero for Zero charge in which Dawson refuse to advise me of due to him wanting to be argumentative and not customer oriented. So instead of canceling my order I decided to keep the order and select the 4 coke zeros and put "ICE only" in the notes as HE suggested. Well they made the delivery driver wait almost 30 minutes before even given him the order. When the order arrived we received 4 medium cups with coke zero in it ONLY and purposely NO ICE IN NONE OF THE CUPS. TALK ABOUT PETTY. Whoever put there hard earned money into opening up this franchise need to get rid of this guy ASAP. He is ruining your business reputation in its infancy stages. In the order previous to this the delivered old outdated potatoes salad. It was 3 days past the date on the top. When I contacted them to ask about it they said it was okay to eat that they just put wrong date on it. This was the Forney, Tx location.
