I love their chicken especially their chicken strips and gravy. But, today 12/9/2017 we went like we often do. Order the chicken strips and waited not a problem. When we got them they were not freshly cooked they were hard from sitting under the heat lamp. Disappointed. We will wait every time for fresh cooked chicken. Will try again.
