Tim catered our party last weekend, and the food was absolutely delicious! The pork loin was moist and flavorful, while the mushroom quinoa risotto and cheesecake left everyone impressed and satisfied. I also tried his food truck outside North Forney High School and enjoyed the brisket street tacos, which were tasty and well-prepared, making it clear that Tim prioritizes quality and cleanliness in his service.
