The food from the Boricua-owned food truck in Killeen, TX was absolutely fantastic! I had the Spanish rice, pulled pork, and beef empanada, all of which were flavorful and satisfying. The prices were reasonable, and the generous portions left me feeling satisfied. I recommend checking out their Facebook page for updates on their location and events.
