Pearl Street Station absolutely blew me away with its tender pulled pork and flavorful rosemary chicken that teamed up perfectly with those fresh buns and phenomenal BBQ sauce. The ribs fell right off the bone, the brisket was wonderful, and even the sides like green beans and potato salad impressed my usually picky taste buds. The friendly, family-run vibe combined with quick service and a cool, old-school Sinclair gas station setting made this an unforgettable BBQ experience I'm already craving again!
