I visited the newly rebranded restaurant with the Hometown sign still outside and was disappointed to find the first few tables covered in dirty dishes despite the early evening hour. The chicken fried steak dinner was a standout, featuring a tenderized real steak with flavorful, crispy breading and well-seasoned gravy. The fresh salad with homemade ranch dressing and hand-cut fries added to the satisfying meal experience. The bright and clean ambiance, along with the attentive server, made the overall dining experience enjoyable and worth another visit.
