While in town picking up supplies, I decided to give this place a try. Tex-Mex is the most prominent thing in Ballinger, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy hole-in-the-wall charm of Acapulco. The friendly service, reasonable prices, and delicious food like the chicken enchiladas made it my new favorite Mexican place in town, and I can't wait to return on my next trip through Ballinger.
