I always enjoy Bill Miller Schertz for its great brisket, BBQ chicken, delicious sweet tea, extra rolls and sides at reasonable prices, some of the best mac and cheese I've had, and was lucky to try the fried fish sandwich and Dutch Apple Pie, plus the manager's proactive response to feedback showed a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Bill Miller Schertz has become my go-to for mouthwatering brisket and BBQ chicken, complemented by sweet tea and endless rolls at prices that won't break the bank. I couldn't resist trying the fried fish sandwich and a slice of Dutch Apple Pie, and I was pleasantly surprised by the manager's commitment to customer feedback-talk about a leader who truly cares!
