Visiting this family-run BBQ establishment again brought back fond memories from my college days. The food is amazing, especially the brisket and banana pudding, and I can assure you that the service is warm and welcoming. If you're craving authentic BBQ, make the drive-it's well worth it for a true local experience!

So I used to live right Down the road on the lake growing up, some of my best memories were walking down the road with my grandma to go visit earlys on the weekends, getting so much food, and taking it out on the boat. Now, I live 12 hours away and still find my way to take a weekend drive and load up on some of the best bbq within states around and taking it home. This weekend was one of those weekends. Got to walk down the road with my grandma (not so fast these days) and go get a smorgasbord worth of bbq to take home. This place has always been a core memory of mine and I look back on it with fondness and pure happiness. Even yesterday when I walked in, the children sitting and eating, working on art, the family gathering around to service the public. This place and that entire family is a national treasure. With so much love I view the closeness here. As always, amazing food, amazing people and I am just so proud that I get to share with my teenage son the same food that I grew up on.

The people were so friendly and the food is fantastic! We had the ribs, brisket, chicken, sausage, potato salad and mac & cheese. Absolutely delicious!

We have eaten here multiple times and there Bbq is Delicious..The portions are generous and the same every time..The Folks that run it are super nice..If your in the area stop and enjoy some great food..
