Working in Stafford gave me the chance to try Eduardo's, where the warm salsa, fresh chips, and strong $5 frozen margaritas made for a fantastic experience. The generous portions, friendly staff, and reasonably priced dishes like the spinach quesadillas and beef fajita chimichanga remind me of authentic Tex-Mex, and I'll definitely return whenever I'm in the area.

I was hanging out in Stafford with a friend and we decided to grab some margaritas for National Margarita Day. Eduardo's was her suggestion and let me tell you, the salsa was just the right amount of spicy and the chips were nice and crispy. Plus, those frozen margaritas were a steal at $5 and packed quite a punch!
