I went in the other night for some catfish and they were out of coleslaw, which was a bummer. When I got home, I was disappointed with the small portion of catfish. The service was just okay, and there wasn't much of an atmosphere. The GM called me to hear my feedback, and he invited me back with a free meal, but when I returned, the service was a bit disorganized, and the food was lukewarm. Despite their efforts, I don't think I'll be going back. The food was good, especially the chicken tenders, and the service was quick and friendly. They even went above and beyond to return my misplaced purse, which I really appreciated. Overall, a solid option for fast food chicken when you need a quick meal.
