My name is Mr. Michael Harp. I am writing in reference to the terrible service that I received at this store location. I ordered a 3pc dinner and the chicken was so old and the order was not correct. It was a to go order. When I arrived home I found that the order was all messed up and the wing was dried up and the size of two quarters. When i called the store at 9:02 pm no one answered the phone. I called at least four times. When I returned to take the order back, I spoke with a African American heavy set male, who was the manager. He did not really show any regret for the terrible service. I requested my money back and he gave it to me, did not offer any complimentary anything. It was as if he did not care that I had to drive all the way back to the store due to him not answering the phone. He also did not seem to care if he lost my business.. Just for the record I am a Police officer who give professional service and as a customer I expect the same type service. I hope that someone will respond to my complaint. The consumers are concerned that they don't matter, only their money. Please respond or you only add to the problem.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
This KFC/Taco Bell has the worst customer service. We actually tried it a couple of times and ALWAYS got our order wrong. The last time we finally called and asked to talk to the Manager, who coincidentally was the same person as the cashier (Israel), he kept saying we had ordered the wrong thing and finally offered for us to drive back and get our order replaced, as if we would leave home again just to give them another shot.
