I have never had a worse experience than what I had tonight ordering and dealing with this restraunt. I placed my order by phone and was very clear that my order was to have no mushrooms (I have a food allergy). The waitress repeated the order exactly and I went there at the time the food was supposed to be done, and even tipped the waitress (cause food service people doing covid deserve more). I get the food home and open it and there is a large mushroom stem and piece of mushroom head. I had my boyfriend try them to verify they were infact mushrooms before I called back. when I did call back it took 15 minutes for the staff to figure out what to do constantly putting me on hold or repeating my statement in English / Spanish. the staff insists that the chef did not put mushrooms in it and I told them that I have an allergy and can't eat it, and maybe it ended up in my food from another orser. they continue to ensist I must be wrong, and to return to the food to them with the mushrooms. I tell them I will return the food and that they should have another plate fixed when I get back to the restaurant. This exchange took over 15 minutes. Which considering the issue was dealing with an allergy and their mistake is absolutely ludicrous. I returned to the restaurant with the food which they promptly open and root around in food looking for mushrooms with the older women and cook shaking Thier heads saying no no no speaking Spanish back and forth. I tell there are no more mushrooms, my boyfriend made sure they were actually mushrooms before starting all this ( cause why on Earth would I want more food or to return to the restaurant at 9 pm. I just want SAFE food). They say they needed the mushrooms, never offered me a replacement meal, and kept saying I was lying about mushrooms being in the meal. I told them what if I had ate it and ended up in the hospital, where they going to pay for that? After basically being called a lair about the mushrooms the refunded me for my meal (not all our food just mine) and the tip. Its a FOOD ALLERGY, you dont mess with that as a food service establishment,. You fix the problem not call your costumer a liar! Completely unacceptable and irresponsible of them and totally unprofessional, just fix another 6 plate of food not debate with me, did through the food, call me a lair, and then tell me to calm down!

I ordered and I am a complicated person as it is and they made it in 10 minutes with hot tasty food and the order was perfect. Just cause it's Asian food doesn't mean it had to be Asian people making it. If that's the case every one working at Italian restaurants should stop if they aren't Italian. I love the hot and sour soup. It's perfect for a cold day or if your not feeling well. I recommend ordering.

OMG LET ME START OFF BUY SAYING THERE ARE NEW OWNERS AND THE FOOD IS FRESH AND THE STAFF NEVER EVER GETS YOUR ORDER WRONG YOU GET WHAT YOU ORDER IVE BEEN THERE PLENTY OF TIMES AND IT NEVER SMELLS AS FOR PREVIOUS REVIEW IF IT SMELT WHY WOULD YOU ORDER DUH MAKES NO SENSE BUT ANYWAYS ITS AWESOME DELICIOUS AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GIVE IT A CHANCE AND YOU WILL SEE

They are not even worthy of one star....I just recently ordered and repeated my order over several times to the worker who takes orders "I want a lunch serving with beef plank steak with a side of white rice" he responded "so you would like fried rice with beef and a side of white rice" I told him "NO I want a lunch serving with beef plank steak with a side of white rice" he exclaims "oh ok gotcha" I receive my damn order and guess what I get! A side of white rice with fried race with beef steak in it....Jesus effing christ..it is not hard to get a simple order such as that WRONG...I did contact him as soon as I opened my plate of food...i called the place to let them know you messed up my order and this fool tells me" oh yea, sorry...*awkard pause*, well theres nothing we can do about it since it has already been delivered" ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME.....I guess this was my fault as I have ordered from them before and the (take a lucky guess) screwed up my order...Ive worked with food before plenty of times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt...and they screw up once again...It's already bad enough you have mostly mexicans working there, (not authentic food), roaches in your building and it smells like sewage on the inside (go visit and you can see for your self) but you have the audacity to screw up my order, and then say "oh well there is nothing we can do about it"...long story short....do NOT order from these ppl...you are better off frying your own Ramen Top Noodles in a pan and adding egg to it..more authentic they you'll get with these ppl.
p.s. the food is not that good or worth the hassle
