Under new management, Pho 518 has transformed into a delicious haven for Vietnamese cuisine, and I couldn't resist giving it a whirl. The chicken pho was a flavor explosion, the spring rolls were perfection, and with prices that won't break the bank, I think I've found my new lunch obsession!
