We've not been able to eat pizza for a couple of years due to my wife's digestive issues. We'd been regular Roman's Pizza customers for nearly two decades before this. Recently my wife was given the green light from her physician to eat dairy products in moderation. Today we decided to celebrate by ordering Roman's Supreme large $12.99 (advertised online) pizza. The woman that took our order never asked for payment or other verification and never mentioned the total amount. She only told me 20 minutes to pick up. The bill came to a $18.38 total! Even accounting for sales tax this is close to a whopping $5.00 jump in price!! When I calmly brought this up this woman got defensive. She told me many others have complained but the owners refuse or cannot be bothered updating their advertised prices and she only worked there and needed to collect $18.38! She told me to take this up with the owner. Roman's Pizza customers beware!
