I worked in the kitchen......Every thing that wasn't deep fried went through the microwave. Mashed Potatoes, chili and other items are cooked once a week and then reheated. Prices are ridiculous

They do not drug-test their employees, and that leads to a very complacent and totally incompetent staff.]

This morning 11-26-16 we went to eat there because it has been our favorite place for 8 years now. We were taking my sister for the first time. We order our food before 1PM , it was still 45 minutes later and still no service. Yet the people around us were served and were leaving while we were still waiting.Your Waitress was going back and forth and only offered us coffee. We decided to leave .Then your waitress said your food is going to take more minutes as we were going out the door.She did not let us pay for our coffee. We felt we were not welcome .We we are very disappointed with your service .
