The baked potato with brisket blew me away-moist, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with a side of their famous baked potato salad that's so good it practically steals the show. I swung by last minute for a big lunch order, and everything from the tender ribs to the tangy cole slaw arrived right on time, neatly packed and ready to devour at home. Despite its unassuming exterior, this family-run BBQ joint serves up friendly service, generous portions, and an inviting atmosphere that makes me want to keep coming back for more.

I recently had the baked potato with brisket from Schulze BBQ in Rosenberg and found it to be a delicious meal. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I will definitely be using them for catering at my next event.
