Ate here today, excellent food again!, though disappointed from a very aggressive server and a gouging $9.00 side of guacamole became the straw breaking the camels back. And she wondered why there was no tip?! , getting mouthy as we leave.
Do better, be nice - can’t use the language barrier to keep trying to guisada me when clearly, in my gringo tongue asked for asada.

The food is pretty good. The service is OK. Worst of all when it's time to pay the bill!!! They ALWAYS raise the prices hoping you don't remember what the menu prices are. No kidding! They have have been doing this for years.

Each time we have eaten here we have been impressed by the breadth of the menu, the delicious home-style food, and the fine service. The staff takes Covid 19 protection seriously. Everyone is masked at all times and tables are sanitized after each patron departs.

Today was my birthday, and they gave me a free enchelota meal, and the trimmings. They have great food and are good people

We have enjoyed frequent meals at Los Altos before and during Covid. The food is always plentiful and delicious. Staff members are well-versed in safety procedures and thoroughly disinfect tables after each use. They wear masks and are sensitive to diners concerns in that regard.
