My husband and I came for dinner at the Maumee Longhorn around 4pm. Our waiter Alex was pretty awesome. But the huge spoiler of our experience was a very rude, loud and obnoxious group of people were sat behind us. The dining room was full of families eating dinner. This table behind us were talking loud, cursing, and didn’t care who heard them. I went and talked to the staff about this table. No one came to talk to them. When the table got extremely out of hand and other tables around them were getting angry with them, I politely asked if they could lower their conversation. Not too long after that, a glass came flying from their table onto our table. The glass was filled with a beverage, slamming onto our table, food and onto me. We quickly got up, I told manager. I gave them my credit card. He came back and said no charge. We won’t be coming back to this restaurant, because they did nothing about an extremely disruptive table, that could have caused a very bad injury. It’s very sad, because we have been coming to Longhorn for years. I guess we will need to find another restaurant.
