My wife and I were here on Oct 10, 2020 and were very impressed. We love Mexican food and this is some of the best we have ever experienced. The chips and salsa were the best and we even took some with us. We ordered the house margaritas and the enchiladas trio. I asked for Verde sauce and they accidentally put on red sauce (really not a big deal), so they took off half the cost, even though they brought me a second order with verde. Christina was our server and was excellent. Another thing I liked about Jose Peppers was that all the servers helped each other. I also need to add, and this is very important, they did a good job making sure everything was clean and social distancing during the Covid.
