my family ordered 2 large pizzas (1 cheese and the other ground beef and pineapple with extra cheese) delivery arrived on time however the taste was horrible. The dough tasted old, the cheese tasted old, the sauce tasted old. The cheese even clumped as if the pizza was cold (but it was hot). When I called and asked for a refund the owner told me he was a chef, he made the pizza so he knows its good and what i am saying is untrue and hung up the phone. Because this is a private/ independant what the establishment what the owner says goes. No curtsey at all for customer service. and if you are a first time customer they don't care if you do not come back (which is very dangerous when it comes to food). By the end of the night i did get somewhat of a refund (half the money back) because we bit more than 2-3 slices, and had already opened our sodas (but of course you would, thinking your your about to sit down and enjoy a delicious pizza). After this experience I learned a valuable lesson; bite the pizza while the drivers at the door and if it does not taste good skip the customer service dont pay and call a company with customer service. Thank you all for reading, and i hope this saves you from what i went through
