This new and clean restaurant in Forest Hill offers large portions and friendly service, although the food may not be traditional Japanese. The sea urchin is fresh and delicious, and the handrolls are surprisingly big. The menu has a variety of raw and cooked options, with dishes like grilled Atlantic Salmon and Char-broiled miso-marinated Black Cod. The staff, especially Phil, provide excellent service with quick and attentive care. The food is delicious and well-presented, making this restaurant a top favorite for Japanese sushi.
