Today, I ordered a soup and sandwich meal through Uber. The restaurant reached out to inform me that my original soup choice was unavailable, and they kindly included an extra bowl of soup with a handwritten note. Their gesture of going above and beyond left a lasting impression on me, showcasing exceptional customer service. While the atmosphere lacked personality and variety in baked goods, the coffee was surprisingly smooth and enjoyable, making me excited to return as a repeat customer.
