Me and my family moved to Stouffville 2 years ago and since fell in love with this pub. The food is excellent and I like the servers as they are all friendly. 5 stars

Haven’t seen a fully honest review yet so here it is...
I’ve been to the pub a few times over the past year or so, it’s located in the middle of town which is great... that’s about all that’s good about this restaurant.
Service can be very slow and there’s a few servers and even bartenders with an unimaginable level of attitude towards customers.
The food is never the same twice. It tastes different looks different and is always plated differently. No consistency here apparently? I’ve had cold food and reheated food and even food that I didn’t even order, and still the owner made the poor server deal with it. The manager is the only one that seems to actually care about the establishment and their image.
This little pub has so much potential but lacks the drive by the owners to do anything with it other than way over serving adults and serving underaged teenagers.
I’ve witnessed bartenders chatting up customers for 15 minutes while servers make their own drinks, I’ve witnessed the owner yelling at the servers and using language that is not okay in any situation. Very unprofessional.
I do not recommend staying past 10:00 pm or there will be a fight guaranteed and rarely cops are called.
Since COVID I went to the patio a couple times and noticed all servers wearing masks and sanitizing (thank goodness) but what threw me off is when the owner and manager would walk out food or drinks with no mask and no sanitation... what image are you trying to portray?
I don’t see this pub lasting too long under whatever owners have it now, they don’t care enough it seems.
I’m sure I’ll be back but honestly it’s only because of the location, not the food and certainly not the service.
