Walking into Fran's feels like stepping into a classic diner where the portions are generous and the service shines, especially thanks to the welcoming staff like Nichole and Craig who make you feel right at home. The Montreal Corned Beef Hash was perfectly seasoned-no overwhelming saltiness here-and the lasagna tasted homemade, proving that comfort food can still surprise you in the best way.
