The ordering process was a bit confusing at first since the owners gauge how many bagels to toast before individuals order their toppings, but the owners were very helpful and friendly throughout. I enjoyed a ham and cheese bagel paired with their famous apple cake and coffee, and the apple cake, with its moist texture, crisp edges, and soft apple chunks, was especially memorable.
