Visited Salt Wine Bar on a Friday evening without a reservation and managed to sit at the bar, enjoying a variety of tapas including outstanding goat cheese bruschetta, tender grilled octopus paired with broccolini, and perfectly portioned paella for two. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, offering excellent wine pairings that complemented the flavorful dishes like truffle gnocchi, wagyu beef sliders, and spicy lamb meatballs, although some items such as the octopus and ceviche received mixed reviews. The ambiance was cozy and intimate with dim lighting and a great playlist, making it an ideal setting for a romantic dinner or a casual night out with friends.
